General conditions of Contracting

The present document has by purpose regulate the General Conditions of Contracting of the services of on-line reservation between Ana Belén Sendón Caamaño–from now on, Casa de Carmen & Mar no Camiño - (data of contact indicated in the Legal notice of this web) and his customers, as well as the norms of the establishment.

You, like customer, declare to be greater of age and/or have of the juridical capacity and to act sufficient for the celebration of these agreements and accepts, fully and without reservation, the validity of all and each one of the general clauses of contracting that collect to continuation:

1. On-line reservation

1.1. Previous procedure of reservation

The reservation of a room or of the complete house in Casa de Carmen & Mar no Camiño supposes the full acceptance and without reservation of the present general conditions of contracting, in Spanish, collected in the last up to date version.

1.2. Confirmation of the contracting

At the end of the process of reservations, will receive in the term of 24 hours an email of confirmation of reservation with all the details of the same: number of reservation, amount, date and hour of the reservation, name and surnames of the customer, place, date and hour of the delivery, and breakdown of the amount. Please, print it and save it for his query.

1.3. Politics of cancellations

To notify the total or partial cancellation of a reservation of accommodation, or the change or cancellation of appointment for a treatment will be indispensable to contact directly with our personnel in the telephones or in the up indicated email.

2. Prices

The prices that show in the web include the VAT or another indirect tax equivalent, as well as the expenses of management and processing. The prices vary in function of the season of the year, of the length of the stay and of the services that hire as the willing.

Inform of other special discounts according to offers and promotions by season.

3. Use of the services

The user engages use the services of way chord to the Law, the morals, the good habits and the public order, as well as with the had in the present General Conditions of contracting respecting the rights and/or interests of third that, anyway, can damage the services of Casa de Carmen & Mar no Camiño and/or his image. Casa de Carmen & Mar no Camiño will be able to, for greater agility and in profit of the users, modify unilaterally, anytime and without prior notice, the services loaned, or the conditions of operating capacity, technical and of use of the services.

4. Rights of the customers

For any query, suggestion or claim, you can head to the attendant of Casa de Carmen & Mar no Camiño or use the email info@casadecarmen.es. Besides, inform him that you has right to desist of his reservation as it has indicated previously whenever it still had not enjoyed of the stay. Inside the planned term, if you does not remain satisfied, will be able to request the return of the amount credited.

In relation with the form of resolution of controversies, Casa de Carmen & Mar no Camiño and the user, with renunciation expresses to any another fuero, subject to the of the courts and courts of A Coruña except that another law specify the contrary.
